Sarah Dupree - Louisiana

Sarah Dupree is a Louisiana based multidisciplinary artist using mixed media to explore the divine through subconscious exploration and the investigation of contemporary ethics. She was born in Guatemala City, Guatemala and was brought home to a large loving Christian family in the United States. Her mother, a librarian and father, a veterinarian, homeschooled her throughout middle school and high school, which gave her the time and space to cultivate creative ambitions.
Dupree has since received her BFA in Studio Art and minored in Art History with Louisiana Tech University's School of Design. Her work has appeared in many local shows as well as both national and international exhibitions. In recent years, she has worked as a Special Projects coordinator for Creative Exchange and the Ross Lynn Foundation, as well as working part time as a print assistant at Fine Line Supply Co. Her collection of works titled “Echos in the Dreamscape” continues to grow and she is expanding her work to include various mediums and extensive research into politics and ethics.
